seller lacks communication skills badly.

don’t recommend seller. at first i was very understanding about the package getting lost. i contacted the seller and asked for information to give to usps so i could go through them to get a refund; as i didnt want to do anything to the seller (it wasnt her fault for the loss of package). although after MONTHS of me trying to get any sort of communication to get this sorted, still nothing….i couldnt do anything but file for a missing package claim and didnt have half of the information i needed because of this. honestly just really disappointed and so unsatisfied.
